The estimated salary range for this position is $25.72 - $34.72 per hour.
Responsibilities Include:
Support the recruitment life cycle and strategy for FourLeaf including but not limited to supporting and scheduling interviews, reference checks, background screenings, candidate and manager follow up and partnership with Onboarding.
Ensure all new hires have a positive onboarding experience through communication, sending new hire kits, completing new hire first day calls and collaborating with partnering departments and OTS for a smooth New Hire Day each class.
Complete reporting of analytics and data including time to fill, cost per hire, maintains weekly recruitment activity reports, applicant management via Human Capital Management System and ability to utilize Microsoft Outlook for scheduling interviews in a very fast paced environment. Complete all status logs and priority logs.
Post and maintain job boards for both internal & external open positions. Ensure all necessary documentation is received and tracked.
Manage and maintain the internal recruitment process; review internal postings, support managers as required as they facilitate scheduling and conducting of interviews. Assists in the finalization of the offer process which includes salary recommendations, start date, offer letters, etc. in conjunction with the recruiting team.
Attend Career Fairs and networking events for recruiting and company recognition. Maintain awareness of market trends and competitor recruitment strategies.
Assist with the budget and invoice management for the recruitment team.
Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as required.
