Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of current and future needs of stakeholders for digital products.
- Collaborate with the team and stakeholders to create a product roadmap and lead the product vision.
- Capture, summarize, and organize stakeholder needs and goals in clear and concise themes, epics, and user stories.
- Identify project dependencies and inform the necessary sequence of development.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated understanding of and experience using Agile processes and methodologies.
- Ability to tell a clear story, create personas, and define acceptance criteria and definition of done.
- Act as liaison between stakeholders and development team members.
- Partner with contact center, deposit operations, MX, Technology, and other relevant areas.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Resolve conflicts and problem solve within the team, vendors, and collaborating areas.
- Drive product development by conducting market research and understanding consumer behavior.
- Build, test, and maintain Bethpage digital acquisitions and banking platforms.
- Implement strategies and tools to mitigate fraud and ensure compliance with Customer Identification Programs.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Understands market trends, including industry, competitive, and technology trends related to digital wallet/digital payment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Verafin, Biocatch, and analytics engines like Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data and insights to identify threats.
