Key Responsibilities :
- Client Consultation :
- Consult with clients to understand their vacation preferences budget and desired amenities for their resort experience. Provide personalized recommendations based on their interests such as beachfront locations familyfriendly resorts adultsonly retreats or luxury escapes.
- Resort Selection :
- Research and evaluate a wide range of resorts considering factors such as location accommodations dining options recreational activities entertainment and special features (e.g. spa facilities water parks golf courses).
- Travel Logistics :
- Assist clients with travel logistics including transportation arrangements (e.g. flights airport transfers) travel insurance visa requirements and any additional services needed to facilitate a smooth and hasslefree travel experience.
- Destination Knowledge :
- Stay updated on popular resort destinations worldwide including the Caribbean Mexico Central America and beyond. Provide insights on local attractions excursions and cultural experiences to enhance clients vacation experiences.
