Betsy Ross Nursing & Rehab Center, a 120-bed facility dedicated to excellence in rehabilitation and skilled nursing care, has recently undergone a LARGE-SCALE RENOVATION, IS UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT, AND ADMINISTRATION! Our mission is to provide high-quality care through a team-focused approach that prioritizes personalized goals for each resident.
As a Nurse Care Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing operations within the nursing department while ensuring the highest standards of resident care. We are looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals to help us make a difference in the lives of our residents. Here’s a snapshot of what you will do :
- Organize, oversee, and supervise nursing unit activities and staff assignments.
- Identify and respond to resident needs in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Monitor and document vital signs, treatments administered, and patient responses.
- Administer medications and treatments as required.
- Communicate plans and concerns with the care team, residents, families, or medical staff as necessary.
- Implement disciplinary actions as per established policies when needed.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, physicians, and external services.
- Conduct RN assessments following any incidents or changes in residents' conditions.
- Lead in emergency situations such as fire alarms or elopements.
- Maintain accurate nursing reports, staffing sheets, and census rosters.
