What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resource Manager position at Betten Auto Group?
Betten Auto Group is looking to hire an Human Resource Manager for our Muskegon locations. This position will have some administrative duties as well.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to processing payroll for 175 employees biweekly with Paylocity payroll, onboarding new employees, benefit administration, involvement with the insurance policies for the company, posting of the payroll into the CDK accounting system, assisting and advising management with HR policies and procedures, assisting managers with recruiting and dealership culture.
This position reports to the CFO & Owner. Dealership accounting and Paylocity experience is preferred, however not required. We are looking for someone with a degree in Human Resources or experience to fulfil this position. Compensation will be determined by education and experience.
