Responsibilities:

Supervise, train, and motivate office staff

Oversee the accounting and administrative dealership functions, including: title work, liens, payoffs, remittance, incentive collections and reconciliations

Assist in the preparation of month end closings and financial statement preparation

Maintain and clean accounting schedules regularly

Reconcile vehicle floor plan accounts

Prepare daily bank reconciliations

Prepare monthly sales tax returns
-
Complete and ensure accuracy of required reports

Order office supplies

Conduct monthly office meetings
Experience and Skills:
-
5 years Automotive Dealership Office Management experience required

Knowledge of automotive accounting and management software
-
Strong accounting skills
-
Reynolds and Reynolds experience a PLUS

Leader and team player
-
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
