What are the responsibilities and job description for the Universal Banker position at Better Banks?
Better Banks is seeking a Universal Banker with a passion for customer service to join their team! Come experience the friendly and energetic atmosphere of community banking!
Hours are approximately 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm, and rotating Saturdays from 8 am – 12 pm. If working Saturday, the person will have a half day off during the week.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Universal Banker is responsible for building strong customer relationships through opening/closing customer accounts, and getting customers set up with other services such as online banking and debit cards. They will also educate customers on topics like identity fraud, as well as assisting customers with any problems or questions that may arise. Universal Bankers also perform Teller duties, including maintaining a cash drawer.
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:
A High School diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year retail customer service experience, required.
- 1 year previous teller and/or banking experience, preferred.

Pay: $17.00 - $24.50 per hour
