Duties
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents.
- Utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Assist with general clerical duties such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence.
- Ensure the office is well-stocked with necessary supplies and equipment.
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Handle phone systems effectively to manage calls and messages.
Experience
- Proven experience in a clerical or administrative role is preferred.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks is highly desirable.
- Strong computer literacy with experience in Google Suite and other office software.
