Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Brand Manager to join our dynamic marketing team at Better Being Company, a leading supplement company. This is a great opportunity to learn how to build and grow a brand in the supplement industry. A successful candidate will lead their brand(s) in the development and implementation of brand strategies, play a key role in the development of new products and innovation, manage brand initiatives, and contribute to the growth and visibility of several of our supplement brands. This role requires a blend of creativity, marketing, analytical skills, and project management capabilities.
Essential Functions
- Brand Strategy : Create and execute comprehensive brand strategies that align with company objectives and market trends.
- Market Research : Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer needs, and competitive landscape. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
- Product Pipeline Management : Support the planning and execution of new product launches, including coordinating with cross-functional teams such as R&D, sales, and operations.
- Campaign Management : Assist in the creation and management of marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding across all channels.
- Brand Monitoring : Monitor brand performance and track key metrics to assess the effectiveness of branding efforts. Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
- Budget Management : Assist in managing the brand marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Event Coordination : Help organize and execute promotional events, tradeshows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Sales Support : Represent the brand in partnership with the Sales team to grow the brand in the retail channel.
- Compliance : Ensure all branding activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
