Job Title: Brand Manager

Role Overview: The Brand Manager will drive brand-building initiatives that establish and grow a fan-favorite brand with high conversion potential. This role requires a strategic visionary skilled in defining and executing brand identity, increasing market visibility, and maximizing ROI across marketing channels. The ideal candidate is an experienced marketer with expertise in social media growth, brand positioning, and targeted campaign creation. A collaborative approach to teamwork and a data-driven mindset are essential, with a focus on delivering measurable results.
Brand Strategy and Market Positioning
- Develop and refine the brand’s identity to clearly define the target market.
- Build and manage brand avatars based on competitor research and customer segmentation.
- Implement tailored messaging for each customer avatar across digital channels.
Content and Campaign Management
- Lead the creation of a social media calendar aligned with brand avatars and tailored messaging.
- Direct video content strategy to drive return on ad spend (ROAS), ensuring content aligns with customer engagement goals.
- Partner with the content creation and CRO teams to deliver campaigns that achieve 400% ROAS on social platforms.
Social Media Growth and Engagement
- Increase visibility and engagement by leading efforts to achieve 100K followers on Instagram and 2M views across Instagram and TikTok.
- Manage influencer partnerships, casting talent to elevate brand engagement and community connection.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with the Customer Success, Marketing, and Social Media teams to ensure seamless execution of brand strategies.
- Utilize CRM and analytics tools to track campaign progress and adapt strategies to maximize outcomes.
Performance Tracking and Optimization
- Measure and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), using data insights to refine brand strategy.
- Drive a continuous improvement mindset within the team, proactively identifying opportunities for growth and efficiency.
- Experience: 3 years in brand management, marketing, or related roles, with a demonstrated record of achieving high ROAS and social media growth.
- Skills:
- Proficient in social media management tools (e.g., Planoly, Klaviyo, META).
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation and brand positioning strategies.
- Proven ability to create and manage high-engagement campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or relevant certifications are a plus.
