The Marketing / Brand Manager will help establish and execute marketing campaigns in the North American market with the goal of expanding brand awareness and affinity through strategic retail, and digital campaigns, endemic media, and internal culture through brand building.
Position Duties & Requirements
- Build upon brand strategy and DNA to develop, deploy, and manage a marketing strategy that supports the brand’s objectives.
- Deep understanding of consumer analytics and insights.
- Ensure all content and materials are in alignment with Brand X’s global brand strategy and corporate identity, and all communications reflect the Brand ‘voice and values.
- Manage and oversee the implementation of all marketing campaigns in North America, ensuring our Brand message, promotional materials and collateral are on-brand, compelling and effective.
- Oversee the creation of a monthly, quarterly, and yearly calendar of marketing initiatives plans and deliverables.
- Working closely with executive leadership, the Sales, and Digital teams, and leading the internal Brand Team, facilitate the creation and execution of content and materials to support coordinated marketing initiatives across all communication channels including web, email, blogs, social media, advertising, new product launch initiatives and materials and tradeshows.
- Ensure the Brand team is monitoring all digital media activities and track and evaluate the success of these programs, events, and campaigns; compile and present these insights and achievements in quarterly company meetings or as requested.
- Oversee an effective and valuable ambassador and influencer program.
- Oversee PR efforts, track results and improve outreach over time.
- Manage outside agencies and vendors including media buys and negotiation.
- Achieves the Brand marketing objectives within the designated and agreed budgets.
- Ensure the Brand team and our external partners have the support, tools, and resources they need to win every day while driving ownership and accountability.
- Because of our shared service model, this is not a creative director position, but rather focus on consumer strategies.
