Job Summary
The Marketing Ops Manager role is to facilitate the work of the Marketing Ops team. The primary responsibility of the role is to project-manage the team in order that internal teams stay on track and organized, as well as owning their projects and seeing them through completion. Routine status reports and project plans are developed to drive team activities and inform the team. High standards for accuracy and professionalism are expected.
Primary Responsibilities:
Performs tasks collaboratively with service areas and team members to support the Integrity Marketing team
Works well with others and is a team player; willing to be proactive and assist other team members as needed.
Takes accountability/ownership of projects/tasks and sees work through end to end.
Develops, adheres to and owns project plans, timelines, and status reports to ensure projects are completed on time and accurately.
Ensures that work is accurately and efficiently pushed through all internal processes.
Takes meeting notes and develops conference reports ensuring alignment across all meeting attendees.
Proofs work for accuracy and manages the workflow of team projects to/from Proofreading department.
Traffic digital and traditional collateral to appropriate service areas for production and distribution.
Adherence to Integrity’s information security standards, as outlined in company policies and procedures.
Other duties as assigned by the Account Manager or Supervisor.
Primary Skills & Requirements:
1-3 years of marketing project management with demonstrated experience with excellent attention to detail, consistency, positive attitude, and willingness to jump in.
2-3 years as an account manager, understanding how to work with various teams and own projects
Strong understanding of project management platforms, like Asana.
Comfortable working with Tableau / data reporting
General understanding of web dev needs.
Effective time management skills, including the ability to balance multiple simultaneous project streams with independent, and sometimes competing, timelines
Must be a team player with strong interpersonal skills who can easily collaborate with others and across different offices.
Must be an independent self-starter who is flexible and takes pride in their work.
Must be able to work accurately and effectively in a high-speed work environment.
Must be extremely organized, detail-oriented and administratively excellent in handling projects and communication.
Must be a strong writer with excellent grammar and spelling skills.
Must be proactive, seek to take tasks off others and alert the team if missed deadlines are approaching.
