About the role

This role is key to the growth and development of the organization. You will be reporting directly to the owner and working hand in hand to increase their bandwidth, improve efficiency, and help support the

strategic growth of the company. This will be a fast paced, dynamic role with new challenges daily. Critical thinking and problem solving skills are a must as tasks and responsibilities will vary. We are seeking someone motivated, with high energy, and a high capacity for multitasking. Attention to detail and organization skills in this position are key, as well as a positive attitude and the ability to think big. Much of this role will be dedicated to running and building an elite property listing program for the company. As such a background in real estate, and marketing is helpful. Having a Colorado real estate license is required. With 50% of your time dedicated to running the listing programs for the brokerage the other 50% of your time will be focused on events/activities to help grow/scale the business. These activities revolve around organizing events, and working alongside the CEO to maximize bandwidth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the brokerages Listings
  • Update website with all new listings (photos, descriptions, video media and all content)
  • Help create content to market and obtain new listings and investors
  • Put together exclusive right to sell listing agreements
  • Get listings set up on recolorado to go live
  • Updating and keep website current, work with our web support team to improve the site, add content, and catch any bugs as they arise.
  • Organize open houses and make sure they are staffed
  • Manage our listing marketing campaigns through KVcore (Bold trail) CRM
  • Help manage and nurture each deal to closing after they go under contract

Organize and help run events to support

1) the recruiting of agents to the brokerage,

2) the recruitment of new mentees to our mentorship program

3) the recruitment of private investors for future projects.

This includes scouting locations, developing relationships with vendors, managing catering services, and audio/video setup. Managing all invite lists and attendee communications and questions. Marketing/promoting events on social media, developing partnerships with title companies, lenders, influencers and others who can help us cast a wider net and improve attendance. Capturing all prospects information, and managing leads to improve conversion, conducting interviews with attendees to assess ways to improve events and add more value to attendees and inform our content creation team.

Work alongside the owner to maximize his/company output

  • help support company goals, and contribute to and drive CEO’s initiatives.
  • manage projects, pulling in CEO for expertise as necessary
  • create spreadsheets, presentations, and databases
  • act as a liaison between the CEO and external investors, mentees, contractors, and clients, screening communications, and managing inquiries with professionalism and diplomacy.

Other:

  • Creating systems to manage payments/utilities/ property management and customer satisfaction for the properties in our long-term portfolio such as long term rentals and airbnb’s.
  • Learning the detailed workings of our businesses to help independently improve our processes.
  • Contribute to and help build company culture with an attitude of excellence, optimism, the ability to think big.
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree required. Preference given to degrees in marketing, business, construction management, finance, economics, entrepreneurship
  • Licensed real estate agent in the state of Colorado
  • Proficient or advanced in Microsoft excel
  • Understanding of detailed sales processes, creating performance and conversion-based campaigns.
  • Knowledge of best practices for usage of CRM’s
  • 2 years of sales experience, preferably in commission-based sales environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Commitment to delivering outstanding service to internal and external customers.
  • Strong sense of accountability and ownership in resolving issues.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of sales processes to identify leads and follow-up, with the capability to utilize sales scripts, Identify and overcome objections, set meetings, and close prospects.
  • Excellent time management.
  • Self starter, self motivated, able to work independently with limited direction.

Compensation: Full time W2 position

$55,000 - $80,000 annually

Benefits: Flexible schedule; Professional development assistance, mentorship through our specialized programs with focus on increasing your net worth through real estate.

Schedule: Traditional work schedule from 8am – 5pm with limited availability to work during off hours or weekends for events or open houses

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
