As a Customer Care Coordinator, You'll:
- Answer public phone lines, providing valuable information and assistance.
- Engage with Live Chat requests and direct them to the appropriate teams.
- Respond promptly to postal mail, emails, and voicemail inquiries.
- Process database reports to ensure accurate business records.
- Participate in department meetings and seize cross-training opportunities.
- Offer backup support across various team segments, including Data Quality and Complaint Resolutions.
- Dive into exciting special projects and duties as assigned.

What we’re looking for
- High School Diploma or bachelor’s degree in related field
- Minimum 1 year in Customer Service - related position
- Positive attitude and high degree of professionalism
- Ability to effectively communicate with a diversified population.
- Intermediate computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft 365 products.
