Responsibilities
- Support the organization’s philosophy of care across programs and units.
- Supervise and mentor the nursing management team.
- Act as a liaison between physicians, patients, referral sources, and employees.
- Prepare and present monthly operational reports.
Must-Haves
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- Current unencumbered nursing license issued by the State Board of Nursing.
- Prior experience in Behavioral Health or Psychiatric Health.
Nice-to-Haves
- Leadership experience in an inpatient Behavioral Health or Psychiatric Health setting.

Pay: $122,302.00 - $152,904.00 per year
