Our SHIFT SUPERVISORS are part of our leadership team in our cafes.
Pay $17.00 generous tips that historically average around $5 - $6 dollars extra per hour.
We offer a flexible schedule and hope that our supervisors can work 25 hours per week.

Responsibilities
The Shift Supervisor is responsible for creating the Buzz Life experience for all guests and team members. The Shift Supervisor serves as a shining example of excellent service for both internal and external guests. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining a consistent Better Buzz experience that is in line with the values of the company. The Shift Supervisor provides support to all members of Better Buzz and ensure compliance with company policies and expectations.
Duties:
- Responsible for balancing and managing deposits
- Active in inventory and waste management
- Administer breaks
- Adhere to opening and closing duties checklist and procedures
- Any other duties at the discretion of the general manager or other members of leadership
Better Buzz Coffee is a local USDA Organic Certified Coffee Roaster with multiple current locations and growing throughout San Diego & Riverside Counties. Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED graduate preferred
- 1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred
- 2-3 years of Food and Beverage experience preferred
- Drive-thru experience preferred
- Coffee experience preferred
