Employment Type: Full-time
Pay Range: $70,000-85,000 per year based on experience, qualifications, and skillset.

Key Responsibilities:
The Recruiting Operations Specialist must be able to perform the following tasks:
- Keep the recruitment pipeline humming—posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and ensuring a first-class candidate experience.
- Master the ATS, ensuring candidate data is spotless and ready to power insightful reports that guide smart decisions.
- Turn candidate feedback into golden nuggets of process improvement.
- Maintain recruitment dashboards, spotlight trends, and suggest improvements that drive efficiency.
- Track key metrics like time-to-fill and offer acceptance rates to fine-tune success.
- Partner with HR and recruitment team members on data analytics and boost strategies.
- Ensure every recruitment step is in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Required Qualifications:
The Recruiting Operations Specialist must have the following experiences:
- Proven experience in recruitment operations, HR, or a related field.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with data analysis and reporting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience is a plus.
