About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a SaaS Product Operation Specialist. As a Product Operation Specialist, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, contributing to our innovative product offerings' seamless functioning and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will work closely with our development and product teams to produce precise, concise, and user-friendly documentation that enhances the user experience.
The position requires you to be local to the Orange County, CA area.
Job Responsibilities
- Implementation Leadership : Lead the end-to-end implementation process of SaaS POS solutions for new restaurant clients, ensuring a smooth transition and client satisfaction.
- Requirements Mastery : Utilize various methods, including surveys, workshops, and one-on-one sessions, to gather detailed requirements from restaurant merchants.
- Collaborative Analysis : Work closely with the product team to execute detailed project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements for restaurant onboarding.
- Technical Support : Provide technical support and troubleshooting during the system implementation phase for restaurant merchants.
- Project Management : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of onboarding projects, showcasing strong project planning and organizational abilities.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Engage with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer support, to ensure seamless communication and implementation of client-specific solutions.
