Responsibilities
The Director of Field Marketing is a strategic role responsible for developing and executing strategic field marketing plans to drive growth, increase brand awareness, and strengthen our position as a premier healthcare provider. The incumbent will be responsible for leading a field marketing team but also collaborating cross-functionally with multiple departments to ensure individual clinic membership goals are met.
Responsibilities:
Develops and implements comprehensive field marketing strategies that align with BHG’s overall objectives.
Builds and executes a robust broker program aimed at expanding VIPcare’s reach, increasing partnerships, and generating prospective patient outreach.
Works closely with FMOs and payer partners to align marketing strategies, co-branding opportunities, and joint promotional efforts.
Establishes a feedback mechanism with agents and brokers to gather insights on market conditions, consumer needs, and competitive landscape, using this information to refine field marketing approaches.
Identifies target audiences, conducts market research, and analyzes industry trends to position the group effectively in the competitive healthcare landscape.
Oversees the development and maintenance of a strong and consistent brand identity for Better Health Group and VIPcare.
Develops and provides comprehensive training and ongoing support for the field marketing team, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to effectively market.
Strategizes and executes offline marketing initiatives, including print collateral, direct mail campaigns, events, and community outreach programs.
Utilizes data-driven insights to monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-backed decisions.
Develops and manages the field marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximize the impact of marketing efforts.
Tracks expenses and makes adjustments as needed to achieve field marketing goals within budget constraints.
Ensures all marketing activities comply with relevant industry regulations, including patient privacy laws (HIPAA) and ethical marketing standards.
Identifies and cultivates strategic partnerships with other healthcare providers, businesses, and community organizations.
Is able to travel up to 80% of the time.

Position Requirements/ Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
7-10 years experience in a senior field marketing role within the healthcare or medical industry.
5 years experience leading a team.
Strong understanding of Medicare Advantage regulations, compliance requirements, and enrollment processes.
Deep understanding of healthcare marketing trends, patient acquisition strategies, and patient journey mapping.
Familiarity with CRM software such as HubSpot.
Demonstrated success in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for real-time collaboration.
Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams and independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent organizational, time-management, and multi-tasking skills with strong attention to detail.
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; comfortable engaging with senior leadership, providers, and health plans.
Strong presentation, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Results-oriented with a focus on quality execution and delivery.
Appreciation of cultural diversity and sensitivity toward target patient populations.
Demonstrated ability to handle data with confidentiality.
Willingness to travel within designated regions.
Physical Requirements:
Physical ability to sit, stand, and move freely about the office.
Must be able to remain in a stationary position up to or exceeding 50%.
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a copy machine, and computer printer.
Ability to operate a motor vehicle and have own means of transportation.
80% travel required.
