Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate Home Care Nurse to provide personalized care to individuals in their homes. The ideal candidate will have experience in dementia care, senior care, and working with people with autism.
Duties
- Provide assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs
- Prepare and cook meals according to dietary restrictions
- Create and implement care plans tailored to individual needs
- Conduct patient observations and maintain accurate records
- Offer emotional support and companionship
- Ensure resident rights are respected at all times
Qualifications
- Certification as a Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant
- Proficiency in dementia care, senior care, and working with individuals with autism
- Knowledge of first aid procedures
- Ability to clean and maintain a safe environment
- Strong interpersonal skills for social work aspects of the role
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
