Responsibilities
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses to ensure safety and effectiveness.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and observations to identify health needs.
- Assist patients with daily living activities, including personal care and meal preparation.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management.
- Maintain accurate records of patient care and progress notes.
- Advocate for patient rights and ensure a safe living environment.

Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required.
- Experience in home health care or long-term care preferred.
