Part-Time / On-Call Direct Support Professional (DSP)
Schedule: Flexible – Weekday/Weekend (Morning, Evening, Overnight)

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Part-Time and On-Call Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for immediate hire. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in home community care, long-term care, or supporting individuals with autism and dementia. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication reminders.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals in your care.
- Implement and follow personalized care plans tailored to each individual's needs.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment.
- Accurately document progress, behavior changes, and health status updates.
- Communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, with team members and individuals in your care.
Qualifications:
- Experience in home community care, long-term care, or related fields.
- Ability to work effectively with individuals with autism and dementia.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality.
- First Aid certification (preferred).
- Experience in nursing homes or working alongside nurses is a plus.
