Your Role:
As a key leader, you will:
- Clinical Leadership: Collaborate with the RN to guide nursing care to ensure excellence and compliance.
- Mentor Staff: Promote learning and career development among team members.
- Collaborate Across Departments: Partner with leadership to streamline care delivery.
- Focused Assessments: Complete focused assessments for residents to ensure timely care.
Your Qualifications:
- Active LPN license issued by the state board of nursing where the position is located.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
