What are the responsibilities and job description for the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager position at Better Than Home?
Company: Better Than Home
Position: Manager, FP&A
Reports To: Chief Financial Officer
Location: Chicago, IL
About The Company:
Better Than Home is a community of Pet Resorts designed with one vision: to elevate the experience for pets and the people who love them. We partner with Pet Resort owners to provide exceptional care for pets and to further nurture the human-animal bond.
Our plan is to transform the Pet Resort industry through a network approach. People increasingly love their pets as family members and the pet services market continues to grow. Competition for customers and skilled caregivers will increasingly strengthen. Many owners, who started their business with a passion for caring for pets, will be limited by capital and expertise to grow at scale and compete. Our approach allows an individual owner to join our community and secure funding for both their personal and professional gain. Once connected to our proprietary platform, they unlock operational expertise, scaled buying power, talent acquisition/training, access to new technology, and marketing capabilities. Ultimately, through our community - we grow together and win together.
