Position Overview:We are looking for a versatile Marketing Assistant with a strong foundation in digital marketing to support our efforts across multiple channels. This role places special emphasis on AI-driven marketing, video editing, graphic design, media buying, strategic partnerships, and personal brand-building initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to align with company goals.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms, websites, and email campaigns.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, and other channels.
- Collaborate with team members on video production and editing projects to produce high-quality media.
- Design visually appealing graphics for digital assets, marketing materials, and social content.
- Identify and nurture strategic partnerships to enhance brand reach and credibility.
- Support personal branding efforts for key company figures in the mental health industry.
- Analyze marketing data to provide insights and recommendations for improving campaign performance.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly in social media management, content creation, and media buying.
- Proficiency in AI-powered marketing tools and automation platforms.
- Video editing skills with proficiency in industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Graphic design expertise, with experience in Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools.
- Knowledge of media buying processes and optimization techniques.
- Experience in establishing and managing strategic partnerships.
- Understanding of personal brand-building strategies and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and deriving actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and performance measurement tools.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and email marketing platforms.
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- 2 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or relevant digital marketing platforms.
