The Role : As an Account Executive, you’ll take charge of the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing. With a vast inventory of untapped leads and a highly effective sales process, you’ll have the tools and resources to thrive : Proven Success : Benefit from an industry-leading founder-designed sales process with conversion rates 3- 4x higher than the industry average.TAM : Work with a large inventory of new, unprospected leads that will allow you to fill your pipeline quickly.Sales Tools : Utilize a cutting-edge tech stack, including Salesforce, Apollo, Hunter, LI Sales Nav, email and dialer tools, and more.Potential and Targets : Onboard 5-8 new clients monthly with uncapped commissions and generous quarterly bonuses.Leadership Path : This role offers a clear pathway to build and lead a sales team, shaping the future of IDM’s sales operations.
Who You Are :
A proven sales professional with experience in digital marketing agency sales or a related industry (affiliate marketing experience and agency or network sales is a strong plus).Skilled at building relationships and closing deals.Ambitious and eager to grow into a leadership role.Based in Southern California, ideally in Los Angeles or Ventura County.
