What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hardscape Foreman position at Better Yards Landscaping?
We are looking for an energetic, willing and capable person to join our growing team. As a Hardscape Foreman, you will oversee the installation of hardscape elements, ensuring projects are completed properly, on time, and within budget. Duties would include making sure the right tools are loaded for the days project, working with the crew, upkeep the morale of the employees and report daily to the owner and/or written logs. Additionally, your relevant skills in the green industry will ensure high standards are met, making you an essential part of our construction team dedicated to excellence and efficiency.

- Chauffeur's Permit
- Driver's License
- Skidsteer Operator
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
