- Laborer (Training Provided)

Responsibilities:
- Install hardscape features using hand and power tools efficiently.
- Read and interpret blueprints for accurate placement of hardscape elements.
- Construct concrete forms and execute precise concrete work.
- Utilize plumbing and electrical experience for proper installation.
- Ensure quality craftsmanship in carpentry, roofing, and trim work.
- Safely operate power tools and transport to job sites.
Job Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s License/Reliable Transportation: Required for all positions.
- Ability to Lift 50lbs or More: Required for all positions.
- Desire to Improve, Work Safely, and Be Part of a Team: Essential for all roles.
- Experience/Knowledge of Hardscapes: Preferred for bricklayer/wall positions; willingness to learn for laborer positions.
- Decision-Making Skills: Ability to make key decisions in the field.
- Experience with Residential/Commercial/MDOT Projects: Desired.
Bricklayer/Retaining Wall Specialist Specific Requirements:
- Experience with or willingness to learn equipment operation: skid steer, front-end loader, mini-excavator, trucks, trailers, brick saw, tamper, levels, wheelbarrows, hand tools, chainsaws, power tools, and various other small tools.
- Skills in equipment operation, base prep, cutting, installation, maintenance, and care.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools
- Experience in construction projects
- Knowledge of electrical work and plumbing
- Ability to read blueprints and follow construction plans
- Familiarity with construction site safety protocols
