As an Insurance Agent specializing in Health Insurance and Affordable Care Act (ACA) policies, you'll play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities :

Sell health insurance policies to individuals
Develop and maintain strong client relationships
Conduct needs assessments to recommend appropriate insurance coverage
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns
Process policy changes, claims, and payments efficiently
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in insurance regulations
Collaborate with team members to achieve and exceed sales targets

Qualifications :

Must have a 240 or 215 license

Experience in a call center environment

Excellent customer service skills

Ability to market insurance products effectively

Retail sales experience is a plus

Accident & Health Insurance License (Required)

Life & Health Insurance License (Required)

Ability to relocate to Doral, FL 33122 for the initial training period

Release from carriers (if applicable)
