About the Role
Betterworks is seeking a revenue-centric marketing manager who will thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment, and will take ownership to strategize and execute targeted, integrated marketing campaigns. The Manager, Digital Marketing & Demand Generation is responsible for driving lead generation and nurturing through the development, execution, management, and measurement of multi-platform, multi-channel marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is data-driven, has a strong understanding of inbound and outbound marketing, and is experienced in leveraging marketing technologies to drive campaign effectiveness.
What You'll Do
- Develop and Execute Demand Generation Strategies: Lead the development of a comprehensive demand generation plan across channels such as email, paid media (PPC), content marketing, SEO, social media, and webinars to drive qualified leads and sales pipeline.
- Campaign Management: Build, execute, and optimize campaigns, including landing pages, emails, ads, and content distribution. Manage timelines, performance, and outcomes to meet KPIs.
- Lead Nurturing and Conversion Optimization: Design and manage lead nurturing programs that move leads through the sales funnel. Create workflows for lead scoring, nurturing, and conversion based on the buyer's journey.
- Strong Communication and Collaboration Skills: Build strong and impactful relationships with marketing teammates as well as sales and operations to ensure campaign success.
- Marketing Automation: Use marketing automation platforms like HubSpot to create workflows, segment lists, and measure campaign effectiveness.
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with content and creative teams to understand what content we currently have at our disposal and how to best align that content with a campaign strategy to serve the right content to the right audience.
- Measure, Analyze, and Report on Campaign Performance: Plan, experiment, and track the effectiveness of campaigns using data-driven insights. Use these insights to measure, learn, and optimize our campaign strategies.
- Stay Current on Industry Trends: Keep up to date with digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies to ensure demand generation efforts remain innovative and effective.
What We Look For
- A deep passion for B2B demand generation, with hands-on experience developing and executing innovative, data-driven campaigns. You thrive on testing new ideas, optimizing performance, and pushing the boundaries of traditional lead generation strategies—leveraging channels like email marketing, lead nurturing, and marketing automation to drive measurable impact.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Experience with CRM and Marketing Automation tools - preferably Salesforce and Hubspot.
- Knowledge and experience with key marketing technologies such as 6Sense, Qualified, Gong, and more. Experience with Clay is a plus.
- A deep understanding and experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Retargeting tools, and other B2B Advertising Channels and a background in managing and optimizing PPC, SEO, and Social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Vimeo, YouTube, and Twitter.
- Dedicated individual who takes pride in their work and maintains a high standard of excellence. Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, this candidate possesses the insight to ask the right questions to ensure successful project completion.
