Essential Functions:
- Support the overall management of dining room operations to ensure smooth and exceptional service.
- Foster a culture of excellent customer service and guest satisfaction among staff.
- Train, supervise, support and motivate dining room staff, including bartenders, servers and bussers.
- Help implement and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure consistency.
- Ensure the dining area is always clean, organized, and aligned with our image.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless food service.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and care.
- Manage waitlist and seating to optimize guest flow and satisfaction.
- Assist with inventory management and vendor coordination for dining room supplies.
- Contribute to menu planning and pricing in line with our quality and authenticity standards.
- Other duties as assigned.
- At least 3 years of full-service restaurant management experience with a proven track record.
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations.
- Experience in beverage handling, inventory management, and wine knowledge is a plus.
- Friendly and outgoing personality, creating a welcoming and family fun atmosphere.
- Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining composure and attention to detail.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire and guide your team.
- Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant software.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
