What are the responsibilities and job description for the Floor Lead position at Bettplex?
Iron Tee Golf, a dynamic high-tech arcade and golf entertainment venue, is seeking a highly motivated Floor Lead to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor in all interactions with staff and guests
- Provide training and guidance to new service staff members
- Act as the main point of contact on assigned floor, overseeing operations on all floors
- Ensure staff punctuality, accurate floor plans, and proper distribution of responsibilities
- Utilize SevenRooms to monitor and enhance guest experience
- Conduct routine 'table touches' to ensure exceptional service quality
- Proactively address and resolve any guest issues with servers
- Address and resolve any technical issues related to toast/SevenRooms within the facility
- Coordinate with other departments via radio to resolve equipment issues promptly
- Serve as a liaison between staff members and management for effective communication
- Opening and Closing Procedures/Checklists are completed
- Ensure bags are checked in and out of the safe
- Oversee events on days scheduled

- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Ability to remain proactive and handle guest issues efficiently
- Proficiency in using hospitality management software like SevenRooms, preferred but not required
- Problem-solving skills to address technical and operational challenges effectively
- Strong organizational skills to manage staff schedules and floor plans
- Ability to work collaboratively with different departments and levels of staff
- Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and prioritize tasks accordingly
- Must be able to pass a background check
