POSITION SUMMARY: We are seeking a Corporate Communications Manager to develop and implement communication strategies that inform, engage, and inspire our workforce. This position will play a pivotal role in shaping internal and external narratives, ensuring alignment with the companys mission, values, and strategic goals.
As a Corporate Communications Manager, you will create dynamic content to support initiatives across multiple departments, including HR, Operations, and Corporate Leadership. Your work will directly influence how the company communicates key programs, policies, and achievements, fostering a culture of transparency and collaboration.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (The following duties and responsibilities are all essential job functions, as defined by the ADA, except for those that begin with the word "may.")
- Develop and Implement Communication Strategies: Design and execute communication plans that align with Companys mission, values, and strategic goals.
- Create Engaging Content: Draft and deliver high-quality content for various communication channels, including newsletters, press releases, presentations, and social media platforms.
- Support Internal Communications: Collaborate with HR to develop messaging on employee engagement, benefits, training programs, and diversity initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Ensure Consistency Across Platforms: Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to maintain a unified voice in all internal and external communications.
- Manage Communication Channels: Oversee the companys intranet, email campaigns, and other digital tools to ensure timely and effective dissemination of information.
- Monitor and Measure Effectiveness: Track the performance of communication strategies, gather feedback, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Advise Leadership on Best Practices: Provide counsel to executive leadership on emerging trends and best practices in corporate communications.
- Coordinate Crisis Communications: Assist in the development and delivery of communication plans during critical events or crises, ensuring accurate and transparent messaging.
- Promote Brand Awareness: Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance the companys external presence and reputation in the energy industry.
- Support Special Projects: Assist with ad hoc communication needs related to company initiatives, events, or stakeholder engagements.
- Performs other related duties as assigned to assist with successful operations and business continuity.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Successfully passes background check.
- Possesses a valid U. S. Drivers License.
- Daily in-person, predictable attendance.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE LEVEL
- Bachelors degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field
- 7-10 years of professional experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a related field.
- Experience within the energy, oil and gas, or industrial sector preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, COMPETENCIES, AND ABILITIES
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging content for diverse audiences.
- Experience with digital tools such as social media platforms, content management systems (CMS), and email marketing software.
- Competence in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.
- Strong editing and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strategic thinking: Ability to align communication strategies with organizational goals and adapt as priorities shift.
- Project management: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
- Analytical skills: Ability to assess the effectiveness of communication initiatives using metrics and analytics.

Frequently required to walk, sit, climb, bend, reach, and squat/kneel. The Corporate Communications Manager works indoors in an office setting, primarily sitting for extended periods of time at a desk station, keyboarding, and using repetitive motions with wrists, hands, and or fingers. Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus while reading and staring at computer monitor. They will also need to speak clearly and audibly, as well as have the ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and /or other sounds (e.g., building alarms) deriving from in-person speech, telephone, or other remote speech. No adverse environmental conditions are expected. While in the office, they may be called upon to stand, kneel, push, pull, reach overhead, stoop, crouch, climb, and lift; therefore, the Executive Admin should be able to lift 25 lbs. independently.

Work hours may include early morning, late afternoon/evening hours, and weekends in combination depending on job demands.
