Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Client Experience: Ensure—every single appointment—that clients have a positive experience, as demonstrated by rebooking rates.
- Cross Selling: Most of your clients end up booking 3 or more services with Bevara.
- New Client Acquisition: Generate new client leads and build your book of business, as demonstrated by a 70% average utilization rate.
Responsibilities:
- Execute a Flawless Client Experience: Ensure every client has a positive Bevara experience, adhere to appointments in a timely manner by monitoring schedule, and always welcome clients in a warm and friendly manner—greeting by name and making clients feel supported.
- Services: Services performed may include—neurotoxins, facial filler, IPL, Morpheus8 RF microneedling, chemical peels, microneedling, aquagold, SkinVive and more as our services list expands.
- Client Relationships: Developing strong client relationships is a critical part of this role. You will work closely with clients and commit to having clients rebook.
- Client management: You are detail oriented and will keep all client records up to date and capture the correct consents, taking detailed notes and knowing when to have a soft transfer to providers for additional services.
- Superior sales: You will become comfortable doing full face evaluations on clients at every client appointment and, when appropriate, make recommendations for tox, fillers, microneedling and other services offered by the store that suit your clients’ desired outcomes.
- Content Development: Support the digital marketing team in creating store content during downtime between clients.
- Lead Generation: Work with the sales and marketing team to support any pop-ups and store promotions to build our client list.
- Trend Analysis: Stay current with the latest in medical spa trends, tools, and technologies, and recommend their implementation. Get excited by industry innovation, trainings and want to be the best at what you do.
Position Requirements:
- Experience: 5 years as a medical aesthetic injector.
- Education: Active License by the State of Maine as RNP, PA, RN with strong procedural and anatomical competency in facial cosmetic injections as well as knowledge of skin care and pre- and post-injection patient-care protocols.
- Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with clients, develop a plan of action for client’s care, make a client feel comfortable and well cared for, and deep knowledge of skin care techniques. You are empathetic to clients concerns, while able to educate them on the right treatments to reach the best possible desired outcomes. You are a driven self-promoter with the ability to sell and market yourself and the brand.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
