Med Spa Receptionist

Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and friendly receptionist to join our team at Maine Laser Skin Care & Medi Spa. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service while efficiently managing front desk operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Greet clients as they arrive and assist them with the check-in process.
• Manage phone systems, answer calls promptly, handle client inquiries, and provide information regarding services offered.
• Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar for our providers.
• Perform data entry tasks accurately, ensuring client information is up-to-date and confidential.
• Make product recommendations, process service packages, or membership enrollment.
• Maintain office files and records, ensuring they are organized and easily accessible.
• Assist with processing client forms as needed.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth office operations and high-quality client care.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar front desk role is preferred
• Proficiency in office software applications, including word processing and spreadsheet programs.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail in all aspects of work.
