What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warranty Dispatch Representative position at Beverage-Air Corporation Manufacturing?
The Warranty Dispatch Representative is responsible for responding to customer inquiries. Responsibilities as more fully described below, include answering questions, processing warranty claims, reporting service issues, and expanded duties as determined by business needs and communicated by your manager. Performs all other duties as assigned.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Answer service and parts calls, email inquiries, SMS and Chat from customers and field service personal.
- Assist in processing service claims.
- Stay up-to-date with our equipment in order to provide good customer service.
- Process parts orders and return authorizations for customers and part distributors.
