Inbound Sales Representative
Duties:
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our products/services and effectively communicate their features and benefits.
- Proactively engage customers to understand their needs and provide tailored recommendations.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Handle incoming inquiries and calls from potential customers interested in our products/services.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to convert inquiries into sales and achieve individual and team targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through excellent communication and follow-up.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and promotions to provide accurate and timely information to customers.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and efficient sales process.
Skills:
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales
- Proven experience in inbound sales or a customer-facing role is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to effectively handle and convert incoming leads into sales opportunities.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and inbound sales processes is a plus.
- Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ecommerce and Strong Email Communication
- Type min of 45 wpm
- Ability to work Monday through Friday 7-4 in person
