Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge in working with individuals with intellectual disabilities.
- Develop and implement training programs to promote best practices in care and support services.
- Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement new programs and services that address emerging needs and trends in the field.
- Analyze data and program evaluations to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a human services field or related area.
- Minimum two years of experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities or developmental disabilities.
- Proven track record of successful supervisory and leadership experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
