Main Duties
- Prepare, conduct, and implement annual, special, and 30-day individual service plans for assigned clients according to established policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with program supervisors and staff to ensure seamless service delivery and efficient operations.
- Provide professional growth opportunities to develop cultural competence, social diversity, therapeutic, and intervention techniques related to job duties.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's Degree in a Human Service Field
- 1 year of experience working directly with persons with an intellectual disability or other developmental disability
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office software
