Specialized Vehicle Maintenance Technician

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Mechanic specializing in Crown Victorias and Dodge Chargers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining these vehicles, ensuring peak performance and safety. If you have expertise in suspension systems, brakes, and fabrication, we want to hear from you!

Duties & Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues specific to Crown Victorias and Dodge Chargers.
• Perform brake repairs, air brake maintenance, and suspension work (shocks, struts, etc.).
• Weld and fabricate parts as necessary to maintain vehicle integrity.
• Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential issues before they escalate.
• Maintain detailed records of all repairs, services, and parts used.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to enhance shop efficiency.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in automotive mechanics.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a mechanic, preferably in a dealership or specialized repair shop.
• Expertise in brake systems, air brake repairs, shocks, struts, welding, and fabrication.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A valid driver’s license may be required for certain positions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
