We are looking for an individual who is experienced in a medical office and is a self-motivated, enthusiastic and friendly individual with the ability to provide exceptional customer service from the clients initial phone call through the entire patient experience. Job Requirements
- Previous front office experience and/or sales experience required
- Friendly, personable customer-orientated attitude must always be on display.
- Excellent telephone and personal communication, computer skills, and attention to detail is a must.
- Multitasking while maintaining focus on tasks and details are a key element in this fast passed work environment.
- Medical Assistant, Laser Technician and Medical Esthetician experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient service at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage medical records and maintain confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Utilize EHR systems to schedule appointments and handle patient inquiries efficiently.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support esthetic laser treatment offerings.
- Assist in administrative tasks, including filing and managing multi-line phone systems.
- Communicate effectively with patients and staff to enhance overall office operations.
- Collaborate with the Area Manager in executing monthly KPI goals
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
