- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment. Keeping up on dish cleaning as time allows.
- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations to ensure the health and safety of all customers.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Help with catering events by preparing food items according to specific requirements.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while following proper handling procedures.
