Salary Range: $52,000.00 - $52,000.00 Salary/year
Description
- Responsible for all aspects of day to day store operations to include: Customer service, employee relations and retention, inventory control and purchasing of certain items, cash accountability, safety and store security, shrink awareness and loss prevention, accurate pricing with store signage
- Assist all customers while on retail sales floor maintaining our customer first policy
- Meet sales goals by mentoring, motivating, training and providing feedback to your associates
- Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures
- Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Propose innovative ideas to increase sales and market share
- Conduct personnel performance reviews to asses training needs and build career opportunities
- Support and implement programs, plans and procedures as developed by the corporate office
- Perform additional tasks and special projects as assigned by corporate

· Hours Tues-sat (meaning off days are sun/mon) t-f from 8:30am-6pm, Sat 10am-5pm.
Qualifications
- Extremely organized and detail orientated, high energy and able to prioritize
- 3 plus years experience including managing a team in a retail establishment. Liquor store experience a plus
- Ability to manage and lead a team of 5 or more people
- Ability to work in a ever-changing, fast pace environment
- Must be able to lift and move 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
- Availability to work Friday, Saturday and Sunday
- Ability to work 40-50 hours per week
- Must be 21
