Construction Manager/Estimator needed for a fast past, high end construction company. We are looking for a candidate with deep knowledge of residential construction and procurement who wants to join a dynamic team, expand their skillset, and help us innovate on every level of construction.
We build high end, custom, innovative homes. Working in our design/build firm, you’ll have the opportunity to be involved in the entire process from through design through close out and will have an opportunity for advancement if you want.

The successful candidate will be a self-motivated, production-oriented individual with a passion for organization and client satisfaction. The ability to manage multiple projects, communicate effectively with clients, trade contractors and employees is a must. Delivering projects on time within the specified budget is paramount to this position. Working closely with the design and construction teams, the Construction Manager will perform the following tasks:
- Assemble scopes of work, develop estimates and proposals
- Procure materials, vendors and subcontractors as necessary for each project. Identify gaps in decision making and bring solutions/recommendations to the deciding parties.
- Ensure that the project budgets and changes are being managed well
- Create and maintain project schedules
- Provide quality control and technical input as needed
- Seek opportunities to improve our projects through alternative products and vendor sources
- Ensure client satisfaction and maintain quality relationships with project partners
- Conduct regular project check ins to ensure quality and consistency with company construction practices
- Schedule and supervise employees, trade contractors, and materials
Requirements:
- Five (5) years of construction management experience with oversight/management of production
- Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Ability to read and understand Architectural plan sets
- Technical understanding of residential and construction codes, sequencing, and best building practices
- Ability to gather information, prepare reports and communicate effectively
- Experience with complex and high end projects
- Demonstrable experience and passion for quality building and client satisfaction
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Pay range is 80-120k based on experience plus benefits.
