This role involves managing the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, utilizing tools such as our CRM to track progress and analyze market trends. The Sales Professional will be responsible for promoting our products through technical sales presentations and product demos, primarily focusing on B2B, D2D and territory sales.
Duties
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, ensuring a smooth transition for clients.
- Utilize CRM to track leads, manage customer relationships, and analyze sales data for strategic decision-making.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential clients.
- Generate leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and market research.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities.
- Analyze market trends to identify potential areas for growth and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical sales or retail sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for tracking leads and managing customer interactions.
