Summary
Responsible for identifying, researching, processing, filing and recording Department case files. Responsible for record management of Department files to include, filing, record storage and retrieval, copying and transport of files to an offsite storage facility. Responsible for responding, recording, processing and completing inquires and / or request for information from Department cases. Responsible for conducting quality assurance on the Department cases in the case management systems updating and comparing to the system. Responsible for operating a multi-line telephone, routing calls accordingly, greets visitors to facility and directing them to appropriate locations. Responsible for processing Department files in accordance with court orders. Responsible for making copies of Department cases as requested. Assists unit staff as needed.
