EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
Serves as subject matter expert, individually motivated and operating with a sense of urgency and personal accountability Processes referrals from Specialist – Workforce Recruitment and does thorough intakeDetermines which wraparound services individuals need support with and develops individualized service planAssist with enrollment in supported programs and ensure individual is reporting to, and succeeding in, trainingPerform continued needs assessments in case new hurdles crop up for individualsProvides relevant content for coordination of TX FAME draft meeting agendas, final agendas, presentations and other materialsRefer individuals for relevant background and drug testing necessary for training programsContributes to, and follows detailed, annual program plans and KPIs for workforce initiativesPerforms related duties as required
