ON-CALL BANQUET SERVERS
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Banquet Servers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services during various events, ensuring that all guests enjoy a memorable dining experience. You will work closely with the team to deliver food and beverages efficiently while maintaining a high standard of hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including table arrangements and decorations.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and needs promptly.
- Buss tables and maintain cleanliness throughout the event, including clearing dishes and resetting tables as necessary.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service operations.
- Follow all food handling and safety protocols to ensure guest health and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of food preparation, food handling, and serving techniques is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
