Job Description:
- Conducts research for BBB’s pursuits, sectors, potential markets and geographies, strategic BD initiatives, and industry trends.
- Uses problem-solving and critical thinking skills to search, find, evaluate, and interpret relevant research information.
- Coordinates and produces marketing and business development materials, including proposals, presentations, and brochures.
- Production includes both written and graphic content.
- Develops, organizes, updates, formats, and produces other firm materials such as resumes, project sheets, web content, etc.
- Updates marketing resources and databases, including Deltek Vantagepoint and image-based Creative Cloud.
Required Experience, Knowledge And Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2 years of experience in research and proposals, preferably in architecture, engineering, or design.
- Demonstrated internet-based research skills.
- Able to work on concurrent deadlines in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality or accuracy.
- Proficient with Adobe InDesign and Creative Suite, Microsoft Office
- Experience with CRMs/databases; Deltek Vantagepoint is a plus.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
