Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Strategy: Identify and capitalize on event sales opportunities and develop revenue-positive strategies.
- Event Design & Execution: Develop custom decor solutions that complement entertainment offerings and align with client visions.
- Product Sourcing & Budgeting: Procure high-quality decor within budget while ensuring top-tier event aesthetics.
- Market Analysis: Research trends, analyze competitors, and keep Beyer Entertainment at the forefront of the industry.
- Client & Vendor Relations: Act as the main liaison between clients, vendors, and event planners for seamless execution.
- Partnership Development: Build relationships with vendors, rental companies, and custom decor providers to expand sourcing options.
- Creative Problem Solving: Innovate event solutions, troubleshoot challenges, and adapt to evolving client needs.
- Flexible Scheduling: Work evenings, weekends, and accommodate last-minute event changes.
Qualifications:
- 3 years in event sales, management, or decor procurement/design, OR a proven client portfolio.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and pricing strategies.
- Detail-oriented and comfortable with deadlines.
- Experience in sourcing, budgeting, and event logistics.
